Total nickel and dime operation. No daily room cleaning, you have to bring back your own dirty towels, and the breakfast is subpar at best. Water pressure is awful. Bathroom was clean, which is a plus. I’d give it a 7.5 overall. The sheets were heavily bleached maybe a good thing but the strong odor made me want to go next door to Walmart and buy new sheets. Some staff were very nice; others clearly shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry

As soon as I entered the room I was greeted with a palmetto bug and multiple bushy roaches crawling all over the bathroom & kitchen area I went down and requested a new room and was told because I only booked for one night I couldn’t be moved and basically had to sleep with one eye open all night due to them crawling on the night stand as well

I booked one night and extended it for another night, and they made me pay a deposit of $100 twice, and they didn't even clean my room. The reception staff were super rude. I don't recommend this hotel at all
