We showed up and the hotel said they had overbooked and turned us away with no offer to explain how this happened. Other parents traveling to see their children race also turned away after confirming the reservation same day. Terrible customer service.
We had to had to change rooms 3 times. They put us in rooms that were not cleaned or half cleaned. They were supposed to give us some money back for the inconvenience but they did not. Also soda vending machine wanted $10 for a soda. Insane. But it was quiet and clean.
Overbooked room, had to find new hotel.
Unacceptable My air conditioning was broken and management could not fix it. They were full and had no other rooms to offer. It was a terrible night's sleep. Then to add to it, I was awakened at six thirty on a Saturday morning for an hour of what sounded elephants stampeding over my head. While the vinyl floors are appreciated, they amplify sounds so as to be obtrusive. If a hotels heating or air conditioning is not working in your room, I fully believe a refund should be offered. You are paying for a good night's sleep.
TERRIBLE SERVICE - STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE Manager Tyson stole a night from us after we confirmed twice with his staff that we were able to modify our reservation as long as we did it before 11a,. OI course he didnt show up to work on time and then said we missed the deadline. When we showed phone records verifying we did attempt to make the change before 11am he changed his story and said it was the night before we had to contact someone. RIPOFF ALERT
