All evening night and moring, people were literally stomping back and forth having a party above us and after calling many times with no answer or response they finally do answer and say theres nothing they can do about it because the walls are thin. As if they're thinner than anywhere else

The room looked like it had been cleaned with a dirty rag. The mirror, TV, and microwave were all filthy. And there was a cockroach in the room.

Everything was an upcharge. Healthy breakfast was horrible. We will never stay at an Extended Stay America again.

NO HAIR DRYER! NO COFFEE MAKER, NO CUPS! Yes, they don’t even give you a plastic cup in your room. That is insane!! Place was clean, newly remodeled but will NEVER EVER SAY HERE AGAIN! Tight wad owners for sure!
During our week-long stay, they didn't change the bed linens, take out the trash, or change the towels. There's no breakfast, only coffee and tea.

I am so sorry that you did not understand our policy of extended stay, we do not clean rooms every day, we clean them every seven days and we have a trash location on every floor for you to dump your trash, also have grab to go breakfast from 6am to 9:30 am, which we explain to guest at every check in.
Do it yourself kinda hotel… Didn’t appreciate having to gather dirty towels and having to take them to the office for clean ones. They cater to long term stays which included kitchenettes but be prepared to go downstairs and get the plates, silverware, pans etc… laundry is ridiculous, small washers and 2.50 a load to wash and 2.50 a load to dry. If you don’t mind running back and forth for your needs maybe this will work, I’m trying to relax and chasing after clean linens, towels, and dishes isn’t my idea of that. The people... read more

Its was loud, unclean hallway, room was ok,
I wasn't expecting $100 incidentals hold on my card...never had them do thid before
It doesn't have a pool and the breakfast is not good. I will say those were snacks.
