My room the room smelled like stale cigarettes but other than that it was ok n the bed was comfy

Nice Place! Stayed @ ESA for 1 night before flying out of Charleston. 1st experience with this chain; very pleased with service and cordial staff.

Easy to Access My first stay here was quite enjoyable. First of all, it was easy to access from both the airport and downtown Charleston by public transportation. It's one stop from the airport on a free shuttle bus, the station for which is in a huge outlet mall. Not even a ten-minute walk from the mall station to the hotel. A similar less-than-ten-minute walk to the Fire Truck Museum (also a good place to visit)brings one to the Express Nash bus station, for a quick ride to downtown Charleston. poor policy; lack of employee knowledge it started of annoying because I was told for the first time, that I was unable to use my GOVERMENT ISSUED ID CARD, per D.O.D., since my license was being mailed from the DMV. even though I have a valid document to still drive until it comes in, I have always, in any hotel, been able to use the DOD id because it is still a government id no different from a drivers license sense it possess DOB and an expiration with a photo, watermark. its sad to know that this location would have not g... read more

Safe and Quite. Nice place and it met my expectation. Service was very good the bed was comfortable. I like the kitchen and reminded of small studio back home. The area is wonderful,

Good location for business meeting but the room had a bad smell and the breakfast was very limited. Everything was cold, nothing warm except for the coffee.

it was not bad hotel. However, it needs more hospitality from its stuff.

Grandparent trip to Charleston My parents were impressed with this stay. Room was quiet and staff accommodating.
