Extended Stay Clean, adequate, some noise but not more than any other hotel, excellent location, good for the price. Not luxurious but would go there again. Very close to Charleston.
Very Enjoyable The hotel was very easy to locate and convenient to places we wanted to visit. Surrounding area of hotel was clean and we just felt safe. Staff was very pleasant, we will be staying there again in the near future.

So So - No WoW Factor Very bland and basic for the price. Decent location but does not command the price. Room OK but the A\C didn't work half the time. Bed very uncomfortable, woke up 3 times due to bed and A/C not working. Got called at 11:08 AM to evacuate or be charged another day. never was asked how my stay was. Should of stayed next door at a budget hotel, at least they had a pool unlike here.
Extended Stay America Charleston - Mt. Pleasant The hotel was in a great location in that we were just across the harbor from downtown Charleston and just down the road from both Patriots Point and Isle of Palms. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved the area.
Clean and Convenient This hotel was perfectly adequate. Over my 5 night stay, I had everything I needed. I didn't spend much time there, so ambience wasn't that important to me, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. It was just across the bridge to Charleston so as long as you have a car, it's very convenient. I had to go down to the desk to get coffee, but that's not a big deal. Also there was an annoying odor of cigarettes in the hallway but again, as long as it wasn't in my room, that's fine.
Elevators were not working the entire trip. Had to use the staircase and it was hard for my wife who has a hip condition.
The elevator worked but didnt work after I had to have my room changed from the second floor to the third floor and had to carry my bike and bags up stairs. My room needed to be changed because the sink in the bathroom flooded the bathroom floor.
