Upon arrival, the hotel did not look very inviting, but since we had a reservation, we decided to check in. Nina at the check in desk was amazing. Wish the same could be said for the room. Several generations of cockroaches.gently approached the situation with the front desk. Based on older reviews seems like a recurring issue. Great location. But you get whatnot pay for. The complimentary breakfast is coffee and not much else.

The staff was great but they sent me to a room that was not cleaned, loud noise from neighboring rooms. I double locked my door for safety as this felt like a true “flop house”

This is not the kind of place you stay bc you want to stay but more the kind of place you stay bc you NEED to stay. Not for vacationers but perhaps those in a transient housing situation. The rooms are bare boned. No cups, no coffeemaker, nothing- available by request (if they are available). No access to extra pillows or bedding (we were told they are on back order).
