Carpet and laminate floors appeared to never have been cleaned. Walked around in white socks and the bottoms looked like I had walked outside in dirt

We liked the kitchen and the convenience in the room. Not too thrilled about the hotel fire, but the staff handled it well.
Good location...know what you want though We made a last minute decision to go back to Charleston but most were booked up. Paying more than our usual budget amount, but there were no disappointments. Clean room, very nice, quiet and on the second floor. Room 208 had a queen bed, a few desk chairs, desk, small table, double burner stove and microwave. We didn't cook any though. Decent Hotel My room the first night smelled like someone had smoked in it. The hotel was unable to move me until the second night. Once moved the accomodations were great.
Nice job The hotel was newly remodeled, clean but not super comfortable bed and the AC unit was like a jet engine.
Reasonably priced hotel & convenient location This hotel is perfect if you looking for something lower priced than those in Charleston, SC. It is only a short 10 minute drive from the hotel to downtown Charleston. The amenities are not amazing, but we knew that going in. Vacation is not for spending lots of time in the hotel. The rooms are furnished with a couple plates, bowls, cups, and sets of silverware. The road next to it is not a highway, so there is no highway traffic noise at night.

basic and clean This hotel provided what was needed for the night. It was clean and as presented online. Good location. Would recommend for short stays.
