Excellent value Room was good-sized and comfortable, with stove and full-size refrigerator--even had a water filter on kitchen sink. Service was friendly and efficient. Excellent value for price. While my room was smoke-free, there were some areas (hallway, elevator) that sometimes smelled a bit smoky. There were obviously some people living in this motel who seemed, well, like the sort of person who would live in a motel. Pretty satisfied. Clean room, staff was pretty friendly, location was awesome. It's right in the middle of everything in Northwoods. Would stay there again.

rooms smell smokey I reserved a nonsmoking room, when I entered the room all I smelled was smoke and febreeze. The hotel was full, so I was unable to move rooms. they offered to spray more febreeze, I passed. With walmart just around the corner I was able to purchase a candle to mask the smell.

good except had to have keys rekeyed and first room assigned was having maintence done on it.

Ehhh... Hotel is ok... Not really a fan of smoking and non smoking rooms. Someone was smoking something other than tobacco and it was all down the hallway. Rooms were fairly quiet, area was average at best. Served the purpose, which was an urgent reservation for 2 nights. Spend the extra $11 and get the Aloft a few miles up the road if they have available rooms

Very good price/quality rate All ok, nothing special to report. Room clean, good to have the cuisine and the studio... Good price for being close to Charleston

Nice hotel close to Mall and Walmart This was a nice hotel especially for the price. However, I was on the first floor and did not get much sleep due to dogs barking and people walking all night in the room above me.

Copper Suite Amanda is one of the nicest ppl I've ever met! I would soooo recommend this hotel. Cooper suite is the best!
