I’ll give it 7/10. It was a decent stay. The first room wasnt great but the manager made it no issue with me requesting a different one.

This location is always my go-to spot when I'm visiting the Charlotte area! This facility is clean, safe, and close to the freeway, but conveniently tucked away in a somewhat secluded area to escape the busy parts of Charlotte/Pineville...sort of a suburb feel. Anthony and his team get an A+ for hospitality and I look forward to visiting again and recommending this Extended Stay to my family and friends!

When we arrived, there were many guests and no hair dryer for our room, so a staff member went out of her way to get us one. The staff were very responsive and helpful. I personally spoke to the manager about the uncleanliness of the room we had. The hotel is a good property but it needs to be better cleaned regularly. Numerous people have commented about this issue in their reviews.

Even though they were over booked and almost cancel our reservation they made it work. The front desk worker she was very polite and super helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. I also the mall was very near as well. I would definitely recommend this place.
