I was there fri-Sun Housekeeping did not clean my room neither did they Replace Clean towels and wash clothes. Coffee and A granola bar is not Breakfast!

My neighbors were very noisy and banging the walls. The refrigerator was very loud and kept me up at night. Some of the frig shelves needed cleaning. Housekeeping must've come into my room bc my things were moved around but left the bath mat in my sink and the trashcan, still filled with trash, in the bathtub.

Smokey Hotel states it's smoke free yet my room and towels smelled strongly of cigarettes.
