convenient location This is a "do it yourself" hotel. There is little service, one must take out the garbage, get clean towels, etc. There is no daily maid cleanup. The hotel workers, however, were very attentive to our needs.

Good Here is average level hotel for me. But Location is better.

Family UN-friendly I do not recommend this hotel to families with children. No crib or other small beds are on offer and other hotel guests are running around the hotel clately dressed. Rooms have a less than pleasant smell.

Family vacation Hotel experience was quite horrible and extremely vexing. Travelled with children and booked non smoking room yet received a smoking room. Manager not helpful until change in shift and I was helped by Debra who got me a non smoking room after I was told no rooms were available. I WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVEN IF IT WAS FREE OF CHARGE!!!!

disappointing The AC and the fan in the bathroom were incredibly loud. The neighbors were loud and crass all night so I had to leave the fan on to cover the noise. The knob on the AC was broken and the only cool setting i could find would turn the whole thing on and off all night, preventing me from falling asleep. The drink machine was empty. Unhappy with stay This hotel has a questionable clientele and I felt unsafe staying in the facility. In addition, the room was not clean, the refrigerator did not work and the hallway leading to the elevator is narrow and dark. I decided I would not continue to stay at this facility.

nasty hotel the hotel was dirty the room smelled like smoke there was boogers on the bathroom wall and the carpet was dirty

Better off at different hotel Although we arrived early, I asked the front desk person to call my cell phone if the room was ready before check in time, which was 3:00pm. We never received a call, so we went to check in at 3:30pm and were told neither of the two rooms were ready yet. They ended up giving us a different room so we could freshen up and store our bags while we picked up an additional family member at the airport, however we did not fully check in to both rooms until after dinner (around 7pm).
