Better off at different hotel Although we arrived early, I asked the front desk person to call my cell phone if the room was ready before check in time, which was 3:00pm. We never received a call, so we went to check in at 3:30pm and were told neither of the two rooms were ready yet. They ended up giving us a different room so we could freshen up and store our bags while we picked up an additional family member at the airport, however we did not fully check in to both rooms until after dinner (around 7pm). Not up to standard After staying in other Hotels in this chain, this was a major disappointment. Room was small, decor was old, although the carpet was OK. Hallway and elevator floors were dirty and needed vacuuming. Severely overpriced!!! I would not recommend this hotel to others and won't be back.
