Terrible experience My stay was horrible. First off.. I paid $150 for our room. Which was way too much.. When I arrived the from desk receptionist told me that they are renovating and there was no refrigerator or microwave in my room. (Not good) it was 98 degrees outside and we had water to put in the refrigerator.. I was told that I can't refund any of my money back.. I was upset... 5 min later the receptionist told me that he has a room that came open so I can take that room and the next guest that arrive will have to stay... read more

Keep Driving! Filthy room. Sticky floors. No towels. Dirty wet wash clothes on counter. Awful!

Not Happy for 7 nights. Booking this place was a mistake I hopefully wont make again. There was an unpleasant odor in the room. There was no room service at all unless you stayed eight nights or more. To get clean towels you personally had to turn in the used towels in order to receive clean ones. The cable service was lousy, And the beds were lumpy. We're of the iron and wear era so it was very frustrating to use leaky irons more than once, twice, three times.......

the toilet ran all night the doors slammed at all hours - we were located at the exit door - I know rooms were at a premium but

Never again The air conditioner kept shutting off leaving the room extremely uncomfortable. Despite, the room being equipped with stove, no cooking appliances were available. The shower did not work, causing the water to drip out and no toiletries were provided including a hair dryer. One should know in advance that to stay here, you must provide ALL the things you need. Also, breakfast ends early despite it being real simple. ie: muffins and coffee

charged my card but they cancelled my reservation! I made a reservation but when I went to check in,the hotel told me they had cancelled my reservation due to maintenance issues and the rest of the hotel was booked. I had to find a other place to stay but Extended Stay America still charged my credit card. I called to dispute this,and they told me I needed to call Expedia. I called Expedia, who told me I needed to call Hotels.com!!! All of this has been a huge inconvenience and hassle.

Don't waste your money Whole entire floor stinks like cigarettes. If it wasn't already 11pm, I would have left and gone somewhere else. Had to leave the window open all night to try to get the smell out. Hair all over the toilet seat. Some type of red liquid all over the walls behind the door. Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
