The staff were excellent. Very nice and very helpful. The property is a little run down. We had 2 office chairs for table chairs. The room was smaller than expected. Definitely a no frills kinda place.

Very Disappointed My stay was terrible. My room was not ready after I specifically verified it with the representative on the phone. I had a late check in and was extremely tired. The receptionist at the desk said that hotels.com does not verify with the actual hotel on availability. I had to wait 2 hrs to access my room which only allowed me 4hrs before checkout time at 11am. I am a repeated customer and need some type of appreciation for unsatisfactory service.
Not informed! Nobody told me that 1-no room service when I made reservations I had to ask for toilet tissue and go down stairs to get it. No changing of sheets.No emptying of garage cans. No vacuuming. When you go on vacation - you want the service. I would have NEVER STAYED THERE. NOBODY TOLD ME AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION! SECOND- I WAS TOLD BY PEOPLE WHO LOVE THERE THAT YOUR HOTEL HAVE HOME LESS PEOPLE LOVING THERE.
terrible Room #322 was still dirty food on the floor & bathroom was dirty with hair in tub & toilet.....

No frills. No tissue, no amenities at all. Very basic and certainly not worth $100+ per night

just ok somewhat disappointing breakfeast was cranola bars and coffe no muffins fruit or ceareal a dounut whould have been nice hotel amenitys on the site when I booked my trip stated bar lounge,and personal watercraft on site got there no bar. and watercraft whhould be odd because 40 miles to the beach . hotel overall whould be fine for a buss trip but as a vaction stop not recommended also my flight arrived at 1025am I got to hotel aprox 1045 amwas told room not ready trip was booked about a mounth ahead chould not check i... read more
