not satisfied but not disappointed Hair on sheets when I pulled the blanket back had to get new sheets from front desk attendant.
Unhappy stay no cooking things in room when ask for things was told he would bring things up never receive anything. The next a.m.nobody working front desk . Had always love this hotel but may be my last stay

walmart They don't have breakfast the first Three days 20,21,and 23 of August and the next time 31 overnight it was not good we get a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room and we call about they promise to give us credit
WORST place ever, we will never stay here again I selected this hotel because of the amenities offered inside the room (small kitchen), free Wi-Fi, laundry, etc. The bad experience started since the arrival, it was only one person at the desk, exactly when I was about to give my information, this answered a call (from an upset guest) and had to run to the room, because nobody else was there to help him. awful The room was dated, dirty (stains) and cramped. The bed was so uncomfortable that 3 days later my back still hurts. I travel for a living and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. This was by far the worst. I will NEVER stay in an extended stay hotel again.
Customer service great room cleanliness horrible Location was great, customer service excellent but I was moved in two different rooms cause they were still dirty

Stay away from 2nd floor We were booked for 5 nights. Our room was on the 2nd flr but the smell in the hallway was so bad that we had to hold our breath to get to our room. We requested to be moved to another floor and we were accommodated. Eat breakfast out as they only have "grab &go" which is nor adequate for one who likes a decent breakfast.
Lots of missteps I had originally made the reservation on line and upon receiving the confirmation realized that I had inadvertently reserved a smoking room. I immediately phoned the hotel and asked that we be placed in a non-smoking room. Sally, the person with whom I spoke about this change, gladly accommodated our request and assured me that we were good to go.
