Lots of missteps I had originally made the reservation on line and upon receiving the confirmation realized that I had inadvertently reserved a smoking room. I immediately phoned the hotel and asked that we be placed in a non-smoking room. Sally, the person with whom I spoke about this change, gladly accommodated our request and assured me that we were good to go. Not a good choice There was no air conditioning in the lobby, the hall ways nor the elevator. The room took two hours to cool down.

Not what we expected I reserved a nonsmoking room and got a smoking room. I was told "this happens when you go through Expedia". Was told the room was "clean and didn't smell". This was extremely incorrect. The room smelled of cheap deodorizer. The drywall was chipping off the walls in the main room and bathroom, the refrigerator wouldn't get cold, there were light bulbs out, the air conditioner would not keep the room cool, the remote to the TV was sticky, and things that are standard in most hotels were not at this one. Worse hotel! The beds were awful, pillows were terrible. There was so much broken and the breakfast was sad. Do not spend any time or money there!!

This Hotel is in Poor Condition We chose to stay for only the first night of a planned three-night stay, and only because it was so late when we got in. The desk clerk was absent from the front desk for one-half hour, while myself and another woman waited. After being assigned a room on the second floor, we discovered the floor, carpets, and baseboards were either absent or in a state of disrepair - and a foul odor was present. Not very happy This hotel is the worst we have stayed at in the area. The room would have been ok except for the smell and the shower head. Water barely came out making a shower nearly impossible. Hotel staff was not very helpful with this. If you have to stay in this area try another place..

Ok for a quick stay Overall stay was ok. The building is in need of some cosmetic repairs (flooring peeling/curling up) and the a/c stopped working overnight both nights of our stay (maintenance was called and checked after the 1st night) - but it was very hot and stuffy overnight. The front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was grab-n-go - granola bars, muffins and fruit. Location was good, close to lots of shopping and dining options.

Horrible customer service Staff is not very friendly and the grab-and-go breakfast is lacking. I left some items in my room and was shocked at the unwillingness of the staff to return to them. This is not what I call hospitality.
