Staff were friendly & helpful, room was clean & comfortable. A kettle in the catering pack would be even better.

Did not like hardwood floors in the bathroom. Loved the fridge, microwave, and stove. Staff seemed kind of rude. Originally got a room where the door wouldnt open. Large stain on tje carpet in our room. Very low showerhead.
