Quick one night trip, had to be in Buffalo Grove at 6:00 AM Fri morning so I tried this hotel for the first time. It was very reasonable in price which got my attention. When I got there the attendant at the desk was warm and inviting. My check in was fast and accurate.

We did Not like IT that they are offering breakfast over Expedia booking but the Do Not Öffner in General and afterwards Do Not give money back for the Not available breakfast.

More attention given to the "breakfast" served. A bench outside the entrance would be nice. We are Seniors and would have enjoyed sitting on a bench outside.
