Easy stay. No one at the front seat most of the time. Not enough towels.

Longer stay Very friendly staff Jim manager really helped accommodate our family ! I booked this hotel because it was close to care center my mother was at . Mom passed away while there Jim accommodated our family which I really appreciated

Did not keep current reservations The king room reserved was not available when we arrived. So we had to take a down grade to a queen room.

nice bed but that's about it the only thing was the nice bed but the fridge and microwave were dirty and a hair in bathtub. when I told the front desk I was told they'd take care of it last night but nothing was done and I told someone again in the morning but was told the manager is not in on weekends. so he would be told tomorrow. breakfast consisted of coffee, oatmeal and granola bars. not what you'd expect from a hotel this highly priced. no coffee 24/7 or even cold water to drink. really disappointing. also fridge didn'... read more

Did the job. I stayed there for 2 nights. The room was perfect. Enjoyed having a good size fridge. Didn't have any cooking supplies there. Just ordered food both nights.

Hotel is not too good. The hotel rooms are very small, little color and very drab. The hallways were reeking with cigarette smell although it was a non-smoking hotel. TV looked smaller than a 32" size tv. The channel lineup was less than 25 channels. For the price paid, there are better hotel options in the vicinity costing $10 to $20 more per night and providing better amenities and a much ambience.

Extended Stay Buffalo Grove SOLID and great value Everything was just fine, and a good value. Very comfortable king size bed. Kitchenette clean with full size fridge. Nice touch with bottled water and microwave popcorn waiting. Check-in area smelled of curry/Indian food, which is fine if you like Indian food...didn't bother me. Grab/Go breakfast was just fine.
