Disappointed Our stay was less than ideal. The property is clearly neglected and used mostly as a residence more so than a hotel. It was freezing in the hallways but then our room was damp feeling. The carpet felt wet even though it was not. The air conditioner worked until we change the temperature and then it did not work the rest of our stay. There was mold in the vents, half the outlets did not work, the pillows were old and lumpy, the drain of the bathtub was rusted through and trying to get a consistent temperature for... read more

We saw cockroaches on our stay

The room had many issues, the ceiling vent was coming off. Additionally the iron sparked, when I attempted to plug in. Which in turn cause all the outlets to short out. When in told the staff, they said they would give me a different room, however later they told me they couldn’t honor.

This place was AWFUL! The first 3 nights I was there the entire parking lot was FILLED with police etc and each night numerous people being arrested. The key cards wouldn't open the outside doors to get in, I had to swipe for at least 3 minutes to get my door to unlock. My toilet leaked under the laminate flooring in the bathroom and when you walked in it would bubble this gross fluid from between the strips of flooring.
