The staff were all pleasant to deal with. The cleanliness of the room was horrible. Oven door was broken hair in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen floor was dirty and food was on walls that could of been wiped clean.The bathroom looked like it was given a quick wipe. Long black hair was on bathroom floor like the floor wasn't even mopped. I don't feel the need to go on if everything wasn't booked around us and it would of been affordable we would of left. Would not recommend.

Room the dishwasher had water in it the heat didn’t work I froze the whole time the night attendant had to bring me blanks at 3am this morning so I left a early this morning

Very old and outdated. No kitchen amenities unless you get them from the desk. Very loud by the stairs where our room was situated.

First off, the staff was nice and accommodating. This was the highlight of the stay. I went to my room the hallway and complete building smelled like stale,wet foreign food. After 6 tries to get my key to work, I finally entered my room. Felt like I was entering my cell room from Shawshank Redemption (just a larger scale). Bathroom fixtures were missing and very dirty. This was a terrible stay. It was plastic beds. The doors were worn and the property was not nice. I thought for sn extended stay it would be nicer. I was not happy with this.
