I've stayed at multiple Extended Stays for the convenience and price. However, this one seemed more like an apartment complex with random people loitering around the grounds between 11pm - 3am. The parking lot was completely full each night. The 2 bedroom I rented had mildew on the window seals and broken window blinds. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but you can clearly smell the smoke. Apparently, someone had a pet in the unit prior due to the pet signage indicated "pet inside". Worst experience in a Hotel world-wide. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been with my family in our life: 1) No cleaning service for any single day, nasty/same towels/sheets/pillow covers everyday, no shampoo or soap 2) Poor breakfast, no single fruit/yogurt/sandwich on any day, only powdered milk and grain bars/cookies greasy bread 3) You have to ask for WiFi instead of having network details in the keys holder. Noisy Poor to go breakfast Room had many issues from floor, bath countertop new but cabinet super bad. Used soap still on top of my bathtub. Lights didn’t work. I complained about changing room and costumer service agreed to call after 12pm yet no one call or make any notes in regard. So I had to explain the problem to the next costumer service representative in order to have another room again.

Worst hotel we have experienced. 1. Toilet is clogged. 2. Sink is clogged 3. Bedsheets are torn with holes. 4. Bedsheet was ridden with lumps of hair 5. Hotel staff was partial and rude
