Never Again The check-in staff was rude and unhelpful. They could not find the reservation and we're very unhelpful to help fix it. We had to book a second time in the app to get the exact same suite. There were no towels and when we asked for some, we were given only three, paper thin towels for our family of six. We had to use our beach towels. We felt very vulnerable to have to give our kids names to be able to stay. I will never stay at this place again. I have wasted 100 dollars. I would have been better to have stayed in my car.

This is our second time staying at this facility and we did not like it. We felt a little unsafe. There were people driving so fast out of the parking lot. Each night the halls smelled like marijuana. The room next door always kept their door open and you could see how dirty it was inside. They couldn't find the second night of my reservation, even after i provided the confirmation. Seond night 20 Police squad cars showed up for a manhunt of a domestic abuse with some sort of blood spatter. They blocked us in so we couldn't leave until we were cleared to do so. The complex isa neighborhood in itself. Wont be back.

Not the cleanest place, phone in room is not connected, no ice machine near room had to go to lobby and put ice in bag because they don’t have ice buckets. Have to ask for dishes, utensils and pots at the front desk and none of this was mentioned at check-in. Dundee police patrols parking lot frequently which is nice but also raised a red flag for me. There were some shady looking people around as well.

People smoke and I can smell it in my room in Bldg B. People also smoke pot. Can smell it outside and sometimes in my bathroom.

Very unprofessional I drove an hr to get there, after making reservations that morning an paying for the room already. I was told that they didn't have an available rooms for me an kids . After all of that... maybe be more considerable of ppl if you're overbooked an know you have ppl coming to check in call them an say dont bother . I had to drive an hr back at 10 pm. I will definitely never be booking a stay there again. Id never recommend them either.
