My Personal Experience The Person that was at the front desk when I checked in wasn't polite. Didn't even smile at all. She needs to work on her customer service. The room is good with the amenities necessary even a small kitchen. I find that very convenient as well as having vending machines and laundry in the building. And of course complimentary coffee and pastries. But on my last night in my room I saw 2 roaches. That's very bad for business.

The lady from the front desk was very nice and friendly, the room is clean and nice.
Upon arrival the main lobby had an awful smell. First floor smells horrible! The rooms are a fair price for the condition they are in. It’s quiet and the staff is friendly most of the time. Breakfast to go is convenient. Rooms are pretty clean. Little updates needed but overall not bad for the rate.
