Quiet and affordable. Everything was in working order, like air conditioning etc. Room was fresh and in good shape. On checking in I was disappointed that the clerk was rude. She didn't look up during my interaction with her, as if I wasn’t worth the trouble.

What to love: The staff is great - the front desk person helped us upgrade to a 2 bedroom with no hassle whatsoever. Love the big frig and kitchen area. Plenty of room in the sleeping area and no carpet. Beds/pillows were comfy, AC was quiet, and everything you need is close by - restaurants, gas, grocery. Easy access to Chicago via I-290 E - ramp was about a mile from the hotel. Morning coffee at the breakfast bar was good to go with oversized cups and lids. Needs improvement.
