Glad to Mad The check in was complicated because they were unable to find my reservation but the guy at the desk Sydney with able to put in my reservation mean you will leave and get me check down so that worked out well however when I renewed my reservation the following evening the woman behind the counter at that time was not as gracious friendly or helpful as Sydney was they did not offer new towels or to clean the road and when I call down in requested new towels there refused to bring the towers the customer service of... read more

Need Cleaner rooms and the refrigerator was so nasty
