Will never stay at this hotel again. Very uncomfortable bed, bedsheets kept coming off. Went to use a wahcloth had hairs on it. Room was not properly clean.
Needs Improvement Not clean & the beds & pillows were hard, we asked for new pillows & we were told they ALL were being washed???
dirty room booked hotel for just an overnight stay. We arrived late and was checked in just fine but upon entering our room, we noticed it was smelly and dirty. It was obviously a smoking room at some point. The bathroom was quite dirty with hair on the floor and the baseboards were dirty. Our air conditioner leaked water on the floor so the carpet was wet after it ran for awhile. there were food bits on the floor. Because it was late, I did not ask for another room.
