It is ok. I missed note that says that they only do weekly housekeeping, and I found out only when we arrived. They should put it in bigger letters so that it stands out. The people from the hotel were very friendly.

Overall Its a Good experience Its about 28miles away from downtown and a pleasant place to stay but the night time receptionist is a disaster to deal with. She does not understand english. We booked a 2 twin bed smoking room and she gave us a queen size bed room, we again went back to her and she gave a king size bedroom non smoking and simply said no smoking rooms available. Where's O'Hare Not everyone deoends on or uses GPS. The front desk needs people who can direct you to O'Hare. A map would also be useful.
