True To You The cleaning people need to clean the top of the refrigerator it was so nasty. The tub was nasty and the shelve were the toilet tissue sit was nasty as well.

I liked that it had a full fridge and stove. I did not like that the room wasn't properly cleaned from the guest before me... there was food left under the bed, there were stains on the bed skirt that looked like semen and the toilet had stains like someone had just used it... Gross!

The staff was amazing. I was checked-in for a week, but on the 5th day, I ended up being admitted to a hospital where I stayed for over 2weeks. But all that time, nobody touched my things. They just left the room as it is. When I got home, I went back for my stuff and found everything with the cash I left there in the room. Thank you Extended Stay America - Chicago/ Lombard.
