WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT-THIS PLACE IS AWESOME The manager and her ladies rock they are so helpful I needed towels and a smoke room she made it happen immediately after the 3rd party book incorrectly plus the front desk girl was please to take my picture it’s lik Family at midway extended!!ive been to others and was disappointed so Laura I believe the manager name!! they get 100 percent score I love they attitude even the guys,BED COMFY I JUST WISH THE CABLE HAD MOVIE CHANNELS OR VH1

Interrupted sleep Room was over the entrance of the hotel. Group of people very loud and 430 in the morning arguing. Also, towels had dirt marks on them. Hair on the florin bathroom.

Never Again I normally don't write reviews but after my recent stay at this location, I felt I had to. I was able to check in without any issues but the person who checked me in was rude. It was clear that she didn't want to be there. She made me feel like she was doing me a favor by checking me in and I hadn't actually paid to be there. I finally get to my room and the TV doesn't turn on. I called the front desk and was told that someone would be sent to come and see what was wrong but no one showed up.
