Okay Hotel Was stuck here overnight due to a missed connection at Chicago Midway. For the price, I was pleased, as I was not being compensated by my airline. Would recommend for connections to Midway. It could be cleaner and have nicer features/amenities.

Staff were extremely helpful. Front desk attendent Cassey went above n beyond to help me with my handicap dad. Staff was awsome.

Close to midway airport & easy to find. The staff was very friendly.

It was a place to stay. They said since it was an "extended" stay, they wouldn't be cleaning the rooms. They had no ice machine. They wouldn't lower my price for 3 people instead of 4, they said whatever problems I had was to contact Expedia, since they booked my stay. I just paid it. The breakfast was not what I expected, just muffins single wrapped in plastic & coffee. I didn't really look at it, it was all set on a small stand by the entryway. Please know being an extended stay hotel, we clean room weekly to maintain the privacy of our guests, but this service is always available on request for a minimal fee. Also, every room has a full-size refrigerator which includes ice trays for our guests' convenience, and that is why we do not have the ice machine on the floors.
