Overbooked rooms I booked a king size bed suite online and paid for it for a 3 day stay. Upon arrival I was told by the front desk attendant that they were overbooked for the king size bed suites and all that was available were queen size bed suites. I wasn’t happy about that at all. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the tv was kind of small but the overall room was clean. I’m not sure yet if I will be refunded for the difference I paid.

Towels were not clean and sheets Front desk were friendly
