Bad Odor Even though our room was non smoking, it still had a very strong cigarette odor.

We have asked our housekeeping staff to make sure this room receives a deep clean to remove the smell. Also, our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day so we would have been happy to move you to another room if you had alerted us. The rate is good. Facilities nice. Staff is fine. Extra words required to meet somebody's random minimum like we care.

Room was roomy and clean. The wifi was easy many restaurants and shoping

Staff (especially Laurren) very helpful, but hotel brick and mortar needs some attention.

Accidentally selected a smoking room when I booked online. I have very bad breathing problems so when we walked into the room the smell was awful and put me into an attack. We called to see if we could be changed into a non smoking room and were told they were sold out. I am now sleeping next to the windows with both open as far as we can get them and the heat on silently suffering and unable to breathe :(
