Great Service I thought the service was very good. The front desk was very kind and supportive of all our needs.We had a tragic death in my family and were there for a wake and funeral. They did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met

Home away from home It really was a home away from home. I needed to get away. I was able to do laundry on site and attend a concert in Hyde Park like the comforts of my home. Free parking was an added bonus for the leaving and coming throughout the day.

Great as a last resort We arrived at this hotel late due to a storm. There was a man hanging in the lobby talking to the woman checking us in and I sort of felt like I was interrupting. The floors in the room were sticky and the room definitely could use some upgrades including outlets for phones in more convienient places or adding usb chargers. Had I paid anymore for the room I would’ve been mad and I definitely would not stay here for an extended period of time.

Poor customer service Upon arrival, we were told by Chas at the front desk that the queen bed we reserved was not available but he had one w/two twins. We begrudgingly took it, once inside it smelled like a pool hall/bar; you couldn't breathe it was so strong. We specifically reserved a non-smoking room & refused to stay in that room. We'd had enough & was about to leave when Chas apologize and said quote "there are no guarantees when you book through a third party."
