Bad experience - lost power, lost food in fridge Stayed here for a week on business. Close to a few restaurants. Breakfast is not much more than instant oatmeal, toast, coffee, tea. Pretty sad breakfast actually. So since I had a kitchen I purchased about $40 worth of food. I returned to my room after work one day and the over iced freezer had melted and water ran into the fridge ruining my $40 worth of food! I brought this to the attention of hotel management and they said apparently the hotel lost power for a few hours. I ... read more

A weekend in Chicago The hotel staff was great once I got there from moving from the one in Dorien. I planned this trip long in advance with every intention to be close to the airport I flew into. The Hotels.com rep was pretty much like ooh well, we can move you and it ended up being 100$ more. I was not happy with that at all. Staff was friendly. Good location if you have car to go around specially in winter. Coffee was good, but no breakfast, just muffins and Candy bars. no 24 hour coffee in lobby. Lot of shops around for shopping. Limited choice of restaurants around. Good cooking facilities in room, Good Internet.
