A weekend in Chicago The hotel staff was great once I got there from moving from the one in Dorien. I planned this trip long in advance with every intention to be close to the airport I flew into. Staff was friendly. Good location if you have car to go around specially in winter. Coffee was good, but no breakfast, just muffins and Candy bars. no 24 hour coffee in lobby. Lot of shops around for shopping. Limited choice of restaurants around. Good cooking facilities in room, Good Internet.

Room was not nice looking
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE I’m from out of town and booked this Extended Stay thinking it would be decent based on the photos, but it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When I walked in, the floors didn’t look like they had been swept, mopped, or vacuumed in a long time. The lobby had only two chairs for guests, and since I arrived about 30 minutes before check-in time, I had to sit on the luggage cart because there was nowhere else to sit. Room was average but a bit dirty, most of the lamps in the room didn’t work or the bulbs went out

Bad experience - lost power, lost food in fridge Stayed here for a week on business. Close to a few restaurants. Breakfast is not much more than instant oatmeal, toast, coffee, tea. Pretty sad breakfast actually. So since I had a kitchen I purchased about $40 worth of food. I returned to my room after work one day and the over iced freezer had melted and water ran into the fridge ruining my $40 worth of food!
