Just out of town Stay here by Midway Airport, with quick access to the interstate right into the Chicago Loop. Breakfast is slim grabs, but the room and parking are great.

Clean hotel by the airport The staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Near a lot of places to eat.

Expedia booked a smoking room. I did not approve asmoking room. No other rooms were available

Great Service I thought the service was very good. The front desk was very kind and supportive of all our needs.We had a tragic death in my family and were there for a wake and funeral. They did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met

Poor customer service Upon arrival, we were told by Chas at the front desk that the queen bed we reserved was not available but he had one w/two twins. We begrudgingly took it, once inside it smelled like a pool hall/bar; you couldn't breathe it was so strong. We specifically reserved a non-smoking room & refused to stay in that room. We'd had enough & was about to leave when Chas apologize and said quote "there are no guarantees when you book through a third party."
