The entry was was dirty,Staff wasn't there to greet,When we walked into the room it had a smell that wasn't fresh the pillows were worn like if you had slept on your own pillows at home,the pillows were flat.The tub was dirty.I didn't want to walk in the room without shoes on .I actually wanted to leave but my husband said its for one night .the next day we check into another extended stay in schumbergh Illinois it wasn't to far and this one was much cleaner. The first one was clearly poor management..

Gross! This place is gross dont’ stay here. Smelled, gave us a bottle of fabreze. Room wasnt’ clean.

The room was disgusting. Very dirty, huge stains on the mattress, pull out couch was a twin size, bathroom light cover missing and super dirty.

We literally walked into an overbooked hotel and had to clean our own room to stay

Extended Stay America Parking is very limited. The Grab &Go breakfast consisted of Granola bars, muffins, oatmeal, and coffee. There was not a plastic or paper cup in the room. The entire kitchen was devoid of everything.

Expedia overbooked and we got the room under maintenance, no air conditioning, dirt all over the floor as it was too late to go anywhere else.
