Parking was terrible. We were told that they didn’t know where we should park since there were no parking spots and told that if we pick in a non parking spot on the property we would be towed

Nært flyplassen, billig, støy på rommet hele natta Hadde en ombooket flybillett og trengte et sted å overnatte. Grei beliggenhet til flyplassen med gratis busstransport hver time til flyplassen. Resepsjonisten var hyggelig og serviceorientert, men lite engasjert og mekanisk. Minnet meg om Siri på IPhone. Det som virkelig trekker med var en aircondition vifte rett ved senga, som slo seg av og på hvert 5 min hele natta. Høy lyd, ca 45 dB, vanskelig å få sove. I was charged a fee for parking even though the ad on the site said free parking then the power went off in the middle of my shower with no TV service no electricity for the elevators or for the stairwell to get down to the lobby at check out

No ice machine, no pillow covers, staff seems like they hate being there. May be a good place in a snowstorm but not a regular stay

In the dead if winter the property only had two thin sheets on the bed and no blanket, the tv remote didn’t work and when I finally got the tv on it was very poor quality. The picture was extremely fuzzy. The shuttle only runs on the hour.

Horrible Service during Check In. Came in on a late flight at 1am from the airport and staff could not check me in since their computers were down. I had to wait 1 hour!!!! until finally i was given a room at 2am.

I waited for the shuttle at the airport for about one hour. No shuttle came. The service from the front desk was terrible. He told me that I needed to wait another one hour in the cold winter night for next shuttle. No shuttle before that. He also refused to do anything with the reservation because it was through expedia. Finally, I cannot get to the hotel. I wasted my money and had to find another hotel.

No clean towels for 2 days will not go again lol k
