The linen on the bed was old and stinky the room wasn’t clean. I booked a hotel room and got the rooms people rent for extended stays.... This room was horrible and I would never use Expedia again. This recommendation was the worst and shouldn’t be offered for anyone No business center No pool Just horrible

No cleaning service and not much information given. It is difficult for international traveller to see information online. It’s completely different experience what information they have given and what you get in reality

The nightmares of staying at a budget hotel. Paid $600 for 2 rooms when traveling with my in-laws. The first morning I woke up to a young girl screaming at the top of her lungs. 'It's my f*cking car' and screaming 'f*ck' a lot while another young man yelled back at her in response. I heard her get assaulted. At this point I couldn't ignore it and go back to sleep so I got up and started my first day of my vacation at 7:00 am. Not good. The ac is terrible. Make me so uncomfortable at night. The bed is not good either. And there is smell in the room.

Terrible service it’s a motel Their breakfast is coffee no sugar and granola bar. No daily room service No Inroom coffee or ice No daily clean towels, gotta get them your self. Deluxe room with no shampoo or cleaning products. Pull out bed with no covers or blankets and it’s stained disgusting.

Blood stains on pull out beds DONT STAY HERE, ITS NASTY! We checked in on April 6 2018. Our room was one queen bed with a hideaway bed. In the first room there was hair all over the queen bed sheets, the hideaway bed had no sheet on it and the mattress was covered in blood stains and other nasty stains. We called front desk and requested a new room the front desk lady was very helpful and nice. Downhill Used to stay here a lot but this time was horrible. Given a room that someone was still staying in. 2nd room we got was still dirty. They changed the sheets and thought that would fix it all. Windows dirty, iron didn’t work, dusty.. just nasty. Howard (manager on duty) just thought the situation was funny and was no help. Came back from our concert to no parking spots. Nice hotel with orange water Everything was okay until 4 hours after I checked in. I went to run a bath and the water is orange. I took a picture and called Expedia and the hotel manager to see if I could relocate to another hotel from the same chain and the refused my request. Afterwards, I had to leave and they're refusing to refund my money.

The room we were in had bed bugs. The cleaning doesn’t come until you check out so no clean towels unless you go downstairs to get some. There was only one person at the front desk and he couldn’t leave it unattended. The cover for the let out sofa wasn’t properly clean before we checked in and we had to get another one. Having the kitchenette is a bonus. They also over charged my card for two separate transactions due to “system errors” and I only found out when I checked my account they didn’t send a email warning of it or... read more
