Stolen items I left my makeup bag with all my high end makeup on the bed. I knew right where I left it and called. They said it wasn’t there. Now I’m out about $80 worth of makeup that I just purchased. Once before I had left something in a hotel and it was saved for me. This is unacceptable. Either they threw it away or someone stole it. Never going back again.

Don't waste your money on this hotel unless you like to walk long distances! They rent parking spaces to people who fly out of O'Hara airport. This "park and fly" business they have going leaves almost no parking available for hotel guests. Long walk one night in the rain! Totally unacceptable. The room smelled musty. Additionally, when we got to our room we found that the smoke detector had a rubber band holding a plastic bag over it. This made the smoke detector inoperable. Dirty Make sure your in the right building...the staff in one section can not check you into the other (no idea!) -The staff was not experienced in helping guests. -The kitchen was dirty with food in the drain. The microwave was dirty. The floors where sticky. -Going to the front desk I received plates, cups and utensils that we flimsy, old and mis-matched. -The furniture in the room is old, including the bed and pillows. Parking is horrible Rented two rooms. Both were clean. Cleaning staff gave me fresh towels and sheets when i requested them. Hotel was convenient for the area. Parking is horrible. They decided to rent out parking to people flying out of O’hare. So the paying guests have to park at the building next door. Very inconvenient. If they are going to make money off of renting parking spots then have a designated area along the perimeter in the back of the building

Nickel and dime experience The hotel charges for daily room service, and the breakfast is just cereal bars and mini muffins. Don’t recommend staying here unless you’re not going spend very much time at the hotel.

I understand the hotel is supposedly inexpensive. However, despite the fact that it has a convenient room layout and kitchenette, some things must be taken care of if they want the guests to be satisfied with their stay. 1. The windows are filthy, cannot see anything through them. 2. The pantry and dishware kit must not be offered to the guests to pick up at the front desk and carry to their rooms! Totally disappointed No one was there to greet us at our late check-in. We sat outside while we called for help for over 20 mins. And we even called ahead to tell them we'd be late. The sleeper bed had no sheets. We had to go down and get our own sheets. The sleeper bed was creaky and kept us up everytime we rolled over.

Not good We checked in after Lobby hours. When we got to our room, we had no sheets for the sofa bed. I tried calling the front desk but our phone didn’t work. I went down to the front desk and said very loudly excuse me into a back room. No response so I had to go back outside to call on the late registration phone. My husband and I laughed at our queen bed. I was probably 2 inches lower than him due to a huge dip. Disappointed When I arrived to the hotel no one was at the front desk. I had to call the hotel phone in order to get some help. There was no soap in the room and the continental breakfast didn’t even have cups for the coffee. Aw yeah I had to call the hotel phone again when I checked out because once again no one was at the front desk.
