I would never stay here again The room I was given looked more like a halfway house room for someone just release from jail. The place reeked of cigarettes. To the point all my cloths smelled when I left after two nights. The surrounding neighbor hood was a bit rough also. I can't recommend this hotel at all.

Extended stay Chicago-Ohare When we checked in, the first room we were sent to had a broken TV. The second room we were sent to had a broken lock and we couldn't get into it. The third room was not a king size bed as we had paid for, but it was the only non-smoking room left in the building (queen-size) and we were tired of lugging our luggage around by this time so we took it. Extended Stay DOWNGRADE Parking is free, breakfast selection is REALLY limited, located literally across the street from the airport - which is good for someone who just landed and needs somewhere to stay - bad for someone on business looking for a quiet night's sleep. Have lots of quarters on you for laundry. Not many decent/quality restaurants around.

Review of Extended Stay Deluxe O'Hare I visited relatives. I just wish the bathroom in particular had been a little bit cleaner. Overall, for the price, it was acceptable.

Be Prepared Before You Stay Here This hotel's location, price and convenience of a kitchenette are great! However, be prepared to come to a poorly cleaned room. And do not expect housekeeping to come clean your room during your stay unless you're staying for at least a week or more. That was what we were told when we inquired about our room not being cleaned. The blanket and bedspread were also dirty with hairs and something red and sticky. Not impressed The tub constantly ran water. The stove & microwave and food residue. The nightstand had oil rings. The comode had urine spots on the outside of it. The clerks weren't attentive to these problems.

Weak Showing Chose thjis place for hgood price and lcoaion to O'Hare for a quick overnight stay - but way below acceptable levels in some areas. Lacks basic amenities. Telephone not plugged in at bed. Refrigerator unacceptably noisy. had to turn it off. Stove burners bent. Shower drain plug left in the middle of the tub and floor of shower dangerously slippery. No desk manager early in the AM to assist with getting a cab to the airport. Hourly shuttle arrived on time at O'Hare but was forced to wait 15 minutes at the curb. H... read more
