Awful Room Conditions I had to find a hotel due to a missed flight connection. Found what appeared to be decent review ratings for the price. The lobby area was fine, staff was okay in terms of friendliness and information, the room was an absolute horrid place to be in. The floor was dirty and faded, hair in the clean towels, air conditioner barely worked and was wet underneath it, and bedding was well worn and pilled. I couldn't wait to get out of the place and back home.

Do not stay here There is highway construction on the road near the hotel. The workers are storing the construction equipment about 15 feet from the hotel. We had a wake up call of about 100 decibels each morning before 6am. When I checked in I requested a quiet room away from elevators and ice machines. They gave me the room closest to the construction. The hotel management offered no sympathy for the noise and at no point in booking did they warn of the possibility of noise. Stay away from this hotel! 1 night of disaster! Rude staff, she actually wrote my credit card # on piece of paper without asking me & then just disposed it without shredding! I actually had 2 ask her to give it back cause I was going out country and she knew it! Rooms were dirty;dog stain everywhere on carpet, bed, couch! Trash under sofa behind nightstand, dirty sink & bathtub& toilet! Overall stay away from this hotel!

Beware! This hotel provided several surprises-not good ones. The main problem is with the shuttle. The Expedia ad says there's an airport shuttle. What it doesn't say (and I think this is the hotel's fault) is that (1) it doesn't run past 10 p.m. and (2) you have to reserve it beforehand. As a result, I stood in the shuttle/courtesy van area at ORD from about 9:30 p.m. till about 10:30 thinking I could get a reasonably quick free ride to the hotel. Excellent location but horrible to stay in Smelly lobby, smelly room, damp and smelly bathroom, stains on sheets, hair on sheets, not hot water I bathroom so had to shower in another room on the same floor.....never ever want to stay here.

I never write reviews but I had to do it. Very lousy service. No room cleaning unless you stay 1 week or more. You simply walk back into your unmade bed. Unhelpful front desk staff. Will avoid this hotel in future.

good nights sleep but nothing else The beds were fine, but that was it for the hotel. It is in a rather isolated location, when we checked in the receptionist unfriendly, but he did warn us that the advertised breakfast was very little and just not much. When we checked out the next morning the receptionist was surly and we were quite glad to get out of your place. Wouldn't think of staying there again.

Hotel NEEDS Renovations We booked our reservation with the Extended Stay because the hotel was the only one within walking distance of our venue that included a refrigerator in our room. When we got to the hotel, the desk clerk was friendly and did a great job explaining room features, nearby attractions, breakfast etc. but that's where the pleasantries ended. We requested a smoke-free room however the room smelled of stale smoke. The bed was sagging in the middle, sheets were threadbare and the entire bed creaked. Not up to... read more
