No heat...overnight temp was 10º My only feedback item is related to the broken thermostat. It would only go down and could not be adjusted up. So, my 6 and 4 year old ended up huddling under blankets as the room grew colder and colder. By the time we awoke, the room temp was in the 50's....to comfort us so that we could get dressed I warmed them with the hair dryer.

smokey, dirty, cheaply done The first room given to me was filled with cigarette smoke odor, the windows were broken. The second room was cleaner smelling, but the floor was filthy. The desk was to be open 24 hours, but was clearly closed at midnight. The staff was ok to somewhat disturbed that customers were needing attending to. I was surprised as I had heard that the chain was good. It was cheaper than some places but still overpriced for the price/value.

Extended stay deluxe chicago ohare this room had the dirtiest bathroom celing i have ever seen. it was so bad, i only stayed one night and went to another hotel for the balance of my stay till wednesday morning. the girl had the celing cleaned, but i was so discusted, i could not stay there. i asked for a manager, but there was not one there until monday and by then i had made my move.....

Extented Stay Deluxe O Hara Bed bugs ruined my two weeks holiday.After flying 24 hrs from Australia to enjoy the Chicago area I was two hours getting from the airport to the hotel becuase the shuttle only runs once an hour and i missed one by a minute and the driver was busy dropping people off some other place.The first night I woke up with bed bugs chewing on my ear,fave and arms.The next days during my holiday I spent getting medical attention,feeling unwell and iching day and night without sleep.Huge blisters for weeks a... read more

Temp Easy to get to. Spacious room. Pleasant staff. Awful odor in kitchen area/drain. Stains on furniture and carpet. Filth under the bed. Did not read the reviews prior to booking. Great price [...] made it okay.

Extended Stay Deluxe - don't let the name fool you DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! There is nothing DELUXE about this hotel. My flight got in late to O'Hare, and I needed a close place to stay which had an airport shuttle. I should have known what I'd gotten into when I noticed one of the other shuttle passengers was a man taking a prostitute back to the hotel. Uncomfortable Would not use the shuttle to transport us to a local event (2.2mi). Terrible mattress made for an uncomfortable night sleep. No mention that there was no breakfast on the weekends, left us scrambling to grab something before the event. Overall, not a good value.
