Depends on the room they give you I arrived late and they put me in a room with worn and stained carpeting, cracked tile in the bathroom, a stick bathroom floor, and bent shower curtain rod. When i tried to check out the next day to book a different hotel, i got the runaround. Because this website charged my card up front, the hotel could not refund the rest of my stay. Lingering Smoke Smell Recently stayed at the Extended Stay Chicago O'Hare South to attend a family function. Website stated newly renovated however, I'm not sure what that was referring to after staying here. Our room was located on the 4th floor and although it was non-smoking the smell of smoke lingered and was extra strong each morning. Luckily the windows do open so we were able to get some fresh air into the room. You get what you pay for It's a budget hotel. Bring ear plugs and expect much of a breakfast.

Not worth the price Not a great experience. Room was spacious and well laid out. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat. The room appeared to be clean but still had a bit of a odd odor. Breakfast was a "grab and go" meaning that it was only packaged muffins, granola bars, and some fruit. No juice but there was coffee.

Horrible time The first room was filthy with a bad smell. The curtains were on the ground tore down. The second room was not even cleaned right. Not ever going back!!!!!!

Totally disappointed Booked hotel because Expedia showed it had shuttle service. Didn't have shuttle service when I called hotel for pick-up at airport so I had to take $20 cab. Room TV didn't work and desk clerk couldn't fix. Room radio didn't work. Room wall clock didn't have a battery so not working either. No coffee pot or utensils in room. Asked for a different room but was told none available. Key fob at lobby entrance didn't work so had to find another entrance door where key fob worked so I could get back to my room ... read more

Nice but..... I travel a lot and I think I can tell the prices for almost (if not all) all the hotels considering the amenities. Hotel was OK but lack many major stuffs - breakfast (unlike other hotels with same rate and location), silverware (no cups, spoons, forks whatsoever even though a stove was in place). If you intend to stay for more than one night and to cook your meals, this might not be a good choice. It's clean and spacious though.

Great staff bad room The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room smelled like smoke and the carpet was wet and dirty. The shuttle service was on time and well staffed.
