Disappointing room It was just the 2 of us. The bed seemed small so she slept on the pull out couch. We had to go to service desk to get the beding since they didn’t have any in the room. They had no pillows for the bed either. How can you not have pillows for a bed? It just looked like an older room. The shower rod was coming out of the wall. Also, there was hair in the tub so you know the cleaning people didn’t clean.

The staff member on duty when we checked in wasn't the most friendly, but the second dayas friendly & helpful. The room was clean overall. m

my stay was meh. we needed to use the sofa bed, but when we unfolded it there was no sheet on it. no bedding in the closet save for a pillow without a case on it. tried to call the front desk to get bedding, and the phone was plugged in but didn’t work. the sofa bed mattress was also extremely uncomfortable. t was lopsided and we could feel the springs in our backs. it was also FREEZING in our room so we turned on the heat, but in the middle of the night it kept turning on to blow COLD air. we only got one blanket for the so... read more

Very good location Very close to Allstate Arena and a bunch of shopping and restaurants. Plentiful free parking and right off the highway. Grab n Go breakfast was muffins and granola bars, about what you'd expect. No daily housekeeping though unless you pay extra was a bummer.
