Great Customer Service. It was great but really impressed me the most the customer service from the front desk person she was outstanding. Pleasant and engaging. She really made you feel your business is appreciated. Awesome employee.

Management Really Cares About Customers! My stay was so much better this time. I wasn't happy with my last stay and the Manager Crystal call me on my personal phone and said she takes customer service seriously and said if I come back I'll get a discount, better Service, and a better room and she kept her word and for that I really appreciate this hotel because they really care about you. Awesome Experience! Excellent Job!

Room was not clean when we arrived they have to move us to other one and the shower wasn’t working properly leaks all over outside and just boil water
