When I go to Des plaines I always stay at the extended stay. when I went to check in there was a lady by the name of Jessica who helped me Jessica was fantastic. I had a problem with the refrigerator so she immediately changed my room she went above and beyond what I felt was necessary That is a very good employee there.

1207 location This was the worse extended stay I’ve stayed at. And there was confusion with it being two separate check in areas for the property. I think the location my reservations were at was the worse of the two. Also the bed was supposed to be a queen but it seems like it was a full.
