COULDNT CHECK OUT My only issue with my stay was i checked out sunday night (may 31) but was told i had to wait til my actual check out date (june 2.)to check out in the computer.. I was still charged for the 1st and 2nd of june even though i physically left the property (checked out) on sunday may 31st. I would really appreciate it if I can have a refund for those days.

When I go to Des plaines I always stay at the extended stay. when I went to check in there was a lady by the name of Jessica who helped me Jessica was fantastic. I had a problem with the refrigerator so she immediately changed my room she went above and beyond what I felt was necessary That is a very good employee there.
