Quality hotel 10 minutes from O'Hare International Took a little bit of research and multiple calls to get the shuttle schedule. The phone number supplied by Expedia was not the direct hotel number. Outstanding service at the check in counter and a very comfortable and spacious suite at a good rate. Noise from outside was minimal for an airport hotel. I'd stay here again

The breakfast is equal to nothing.
A great stay The room was clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and very nice. I would definitely stay there again

Park and fly the park and fly package was nice there were no surcharges for parking the staff was excellent especially Teresa! the hotel gave us a voucher to the airport for a taxi service
Great, affordable stay There were only two negative things about our stay, and one is a minor complaint, at best - the other is a bigger issue, but hotel management is aware and apologetic. First, and minor, was the construction in the hotel - while there were blankets up and hallways blocked off, there was nothing that we experienced that caused discomfort in anyway. Staff was great, hotel in mint condition, hotel is being renovated, my room was like new, extremely positive, Would add a little more offer for breakfast. For business 1-3 night stay , very good stay and pleasant atmosphere.
