Great room with a lot of space. The room was great and reasonably priced. We had a queen size bed and sofa bed. Also a kitchen and lots of space. There are 2 locations right next to each other and they are not labeled as different hotels. We parked and got sent to a different one right next door. We asked for extra blankets since we had a sofa bed and they said they won't bring them up and we had to go get them. Customer service could be a little better. Walking distance to Allstate. Very basic breakfast. The futon mattress was terrible and springs were sticking out.

Excelente opção Ótimo hotel, bem localizado. Quarto com excelente infraestrutura. Falta café da manhã (só barra de ceral, mufins e café), mais nada.

Everything was very nice. However, instructions on where to get picked up at the airport when returning to the hotel were not clear--it caused us to waste a lot of time waiting for the shuttle.

Not the same hotel I stayed in 17 years ago I was a frequent guest when this hotel was Studio Plus back in 2000. At that time it was a great place to stay, convenient to the NW Burbs. Now, it is bare bones. Internet is as slow as dial-up unless you pay to upgrade. No dishes or utensils in the rooms even though they have full kitchens (Have to get items from the front desk). A/C unit in my room didn't work properly and my room smelled like musty smoke. I can't say I'll be repeating as a customer, sadly.
