Amenities Check Everything about our stay was great, with the exception of the molded coffee in the coffee pot from the previous guest.

Wonderful experience for 1st Chicago visit Extended Stay Deluxe O'Hare was a great place to stay. The room was really nice and had everything I wanted and needed. The staff was extremely helpful with directions and maps as I needed them. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for any reason. The airport was close by, and we never heard the planes taking off or landing. Excellent place to stay!!!!!!!

Good for the money It was a good value for the money. Great to have the ability to cook and pots and pans are provided. Had a nice pasta dinner with wine for much cheaper than at the restaurant. The room couldve been cleaner but they only clean it after each guest leaves and not everyday. Anyway it was good for the money.

Pleasantly surprised The staff was wonderful and very helpful with directions. The room was very clean and more than I needed. The neighborhood was quiet but pleenty of shopping, good restaurants, and convenience stores but no traffic noise at all. Breakfast was skimpy, bagels, fruit and coffee only. Would definitely stay again.

just okay Wish the shuttle to the airport was 24 hour. There was also hair on the bathroom floor, other than that, not too bad!

No Free Internet Two main complaints for this hotel. They charge for Internet, which is almost unheard of these days. Second, which is not the hotel's deal, but the delivery services available were beyond horrible. We had to receive refunds on both deliveries, because the food was horrible or un-cooked and one service did not even offer sauce with the chicken wings, so none was delivered. The plus of this hotel, was the staff were very nice and the room was exceptionally quiet.
