close to Ohare Room was clean, bed was OK, check-in staff was very friendly, shuttle driver to airport went the extra mile to be helpful.

Pleasingly Surprised When I drove into the parking lot and saw a guy sitting on the tail gate of his truck grilling brats while it's snowing; I wasn't wasn't sure if I should keep going or chalk it up to an anomaly. In side the lobby was clean and the clerk was friendly even though it was shift change. The halls were quiet and room was clean. The king size bed should have pillows bigger than a postage stamp and more firm than pudding. The convertable soft and lazy boy were dated but functional and clean.

This hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. I was very pleased with all aspects of this hotel. We were attending a concert at the Allstate Arena, and were very pleased to find that the hotel was within a short walk of the arena, and they also provided a free shuttle service to the venue. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice my stay was!

Good value hotel Layout of the rooms are great. Like having the fridge and a microwave. Airport shuttle only runs on the hour but very promt.

Served our purpose for an overnight before an early flight out. Inexpensive and close to the airport
