Great hotel for anybody Liked the hotel stay very much except that there should be somebody to attend to the guests after 11.00 PM and before 6.00 AM> I reached the place much earlier than expected and found it difficult to contact the hotel for directions and availability of room for an early check in. Had to wait at the hotel lobby for 2 hours without any guidance from morning 5.00 AM to 7.00 AM
short stay Hotel is what you paid for, I wish they had a Airport Shuttle service after 10 pm.
RUDE STAFF Rooms were nice not real up to date. Not good if you are a light sleeper. Staff is not friendly. I just wanted to inform them of an issue with the room and they came down on me like I wanted a free room. I guess they have a lot of complaints.
Nice Place Our room was clean, comfortable and the cost was appropriate. The staff were professional. There is no pool was my only disappointment.
Extended Stay Deluxe-close to arena Staff were very friendly & close to arena (we walked), but room had a bad smell, although seemed clean.
extended stay in desplaines perfect for a business stay. Really a ppreciated the lake and park in front of the hotel and the target center 3 blocs away. Reception at the hotel was just OK but overall stay was good.
Good hotel for the price This was a nice hotel in a convenient location. The room was generally clean and comfortable. Upon checkin, we were presnted with a welcome bag that contained a small bottle of water, fruit snacks, candy, local info, etc., which was a nice touch. My biggest complaint was that the bed was ridiculously loud-- I sat on the end to take my shoes off and it sounded like there was a gigantic woopie cusion under there.
